On 24 June 2011, the RSC launched its seventh Policy Briefing on 'Protracted Sahrawi displacement: Challenges and opportunities beyond encampment' at UNHCR in Geneva. The presentation by Dr Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh was followed by interventions from Mr Yacoub El Hillo, the Director of UNHCR Middle East and North Africa Bureau and Mr Yahia Buhobeini, the President of the Sahrawi Red Crescent.
