• Land mine Monitor Angola Report 2003: Established in June 1998, the International Campaign to Ban Landmines started producing the "Land mine Monitor", a reporting network to systematically monitor and document nations' compliance with the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty and the humanitarian response to the global land mine crisis.
